We’ve taken a little trip down memory lane to see just how some of these customers’ lives have been transformed.
Online Ceramics
Owner Peter Ward began his venture into the world of eCommerce as we started Jigowatt and is still a regular customer. In the 11 years we’ve worked with Peter we’ve seen his business grow into something extremely successful and cornered a unique market. With nearly over 1000 orders since launching Peter is currently debating quitting his day job to put all of his energy into the business.

ClothSpot
Alice Grant, the owner of ClothSpot Fabrics, joined us shortly after Peter in 2011. We created a website for her new business and Alice also still works with us. We redesigned the website again in October 2017 and it has seen a staggering 2273 orders since then. The new site introduced a much better experience for users on a mobile or tablet device, a new way to order her gorgeous fabrics and an easy to use back end. Don’t take our word for it, here is what Alice has to say:
“I forgot to mention how much more efficient the new software has made our back-office processes, from invoicing to sales analysis. We’re still going through a process of consolidation but I estimate it’s saving us about a day and a half a week. Also our mobile sales are up from 39% in February 2017 to 61% last month. Classic Leather Fobs
Finally, we’re super proud of our impact on Richard Frost’s business – Classic Leather Fobs. We started working with Richard in 2015, the business had been running for a little while but it didn’t have any eCommerce presence. Richard cornered the classic car key fob businesses and ships thousands of his hand made key fobs globally. In fact, he’s had 6930 orders since the launch of his website in January 2015. We still work with Richard to maintain his website and last year we converted it over to WooCommerce. Here is what Richard has to say:
