Andy hitting the half century was a milestone not to be missed by the team here at Jigowatt.
Those of you who work with us will know that our creativity, attention to detail and passion for doing a job to the best of our ability – means that we do not enter into things lightly. You may also be aware of our ever-so-slight penchant for the Back To The Future movies.
So of course we hire, direct from Universal Studios Hollywood, the unique 25th Anniversary DeLorean Time Machine from the The BTTF movies to chauffeur our semi-centenarian to the pub for a surprise trip back in time.
Current and past Jigowatt employees, family and friends gathered for hydrated pizza (ref: BTTF2), a light beer and a specially designed Doc Donny cake.
The Time Machine caused a bit of a stir when it arrived at our aptly named office at Allia ‘Future’ Business Park. It’s the only correctly built DeLorean Time Machine in the UK and Europe and is featured on Blu Ray release of the movies. The glovebox is even signed by all the major cast and crew including Michael J Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Robert Zemeckis, and Bob Gale.
Andy is also a massive fan of the Star Wars films, but I’m not sure the Millennium Falcon will fit in the car park for his 60th!
