How we work
A clear process keeps delivery efficient and makes feedback straightforward.
We confirm objectives, audience and required formats
We start by understanding what the design needs to achieve, who it is for, and where it will be used. We also confirm sizes, quantities, print or digital specifications, and any brand guidelines you want us to follow.
We design initial concepts and refine through clear review rounds
We share an initial concept or set of directions, then refine based on structured feedback. Reviews focus on layout, hierarchy, typography and messaging first, before final styling and finishing details.
We prepare final artwork for print or digital use
For print, we supply files with the correct bleed and crop marks, and prepare artwork to suit print processes and colour profiles. For digital, we optimise assets for screen use, ensuring correct sizing, file formats and consistency across devices.
We supply packaged files for handover
We provide final exports in the required formats and, where helpful, include working files and guidance so your internal team, external suppliers or printers can pick up the assets confidently.
Graphic design that supports how people decide
Design influences how your business is perceived, whether someone is seeing your brand for the first time or comparing you with alternatives. Good design makes information easier to absorb, helps customers understand what you offer, and supports a consistent impression across channels.
We work with sole traders, local businesses and larger organisations. Projects are approached with the same care and structured process, regardless of size.
Logo design and brand identity
Your logo and identity system should be recognisable, consistent and practical to apply across web and print. We design logos and supporting brand assets that reflect your business and work across common formats.
Brochures
Brochures, catalogues and newsletters are often used when customers are close to a decision. We design documents with clear hierarchy, strong readability and an organised layout that supports enquiries.
Where needed, we can advise on print specifications such as paper stock and finishing options, and supply print-ready artwork.
Exhibition stands and banners
Exhibition graphics need to work at a distance and at speed. We design banners and stand artwork with clear messaging, strong brand presence and practical layouts that are suitable for print production.
Flyers and marketing materials
From single-page flyers to multi-page collateral, we plan layouts that keep content easy to scan and calls to action easy to find. If you need it, we can also help source or prepare photography and supporting assets.

Frequently asked questions...
How can graphic design improve my brand?
Graphic design helps you communicate clearly and consistently. A stronger visual system supports recognition, improves readability and creates a more professional impression across touchpoints such as brochures, ads, website assets and presentations.
Can graphic design improve my website?
Yes. The same principles apply across web and print: clear hierarchy, consistent styling and graphics that support comprehension. Our web and design teams work together so your website and marketing materials feel cohesive.
Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?
Yes. If you already have brand guidelines or existing assets, we will follow them to keep everything consistent. If your brand needs refining, we can also help develop supporting typography, colour and layout rules so your materials work together across print and digital.
Do you provide print-ready artwork?
Yes. We supply artwork prepared for print, including bleed, crop marks and suitable file formats. If you have a printer, we can work to their specifications, or advise on the best setup for common print jobs.
