Website redesign
The original website they had was put together quickly, solved a purpose but was lacking from a design perspective. We felt it didn’t really reflect the quality of work Cytal offered their clients.
Staying with a darker theme, we opted for shades of a dark green, with the teal and bright green tone from the logo as highlights. Areas that needed an alternative treatment to draw your attention we used the logo gradient as background. Giving a more modern look to the site.
A major feature request was how they could clearly display and manage the protocols that they work with. The solution needed to be flexible so that in the future Cytal could continue to add new protocols and the solution could scale to accommodate. We decided to create a custom post type to allow the team to easily add and edit each protocol, which also utilised the Advanced Custom Fields plugin to allow them to have custom data. Adding additional custom taxonomies which allows for multiple levels of categorisation. With all this in place we then built a custom Elementor template which had a sidebar with custom queries to allow for seamless AJAX filtering.
All of the forms throughout the site integrated directly into their Hubspot CRM system to make it seamless for Cytal to manage contact form entries, newsletter sign ups and everything else.
Website maintenance & support
We’ve just launched Cytal onto our gold hosting package, meaning they get bi-annual updates to their site to keep it secure which is extremely important for them considering the nature of their business.
As the site is built on our hybrid Elementor theme structure it is easy for them to edit their existing content. However we are always on hand for new landing page templates or more complex layouts.
