We’re always trying to find ways to improve how you use our website. It was only a few weeks ago when we launched our light mode to provide an alternative look for our site and for accessibility purposes.
This last week we introduced live chat functionality, powered by the wonderful team over at Tidio. With this in place, we’re able to chat directly with you rather than you having to wait for an email response (we’re extremely quick if you do want to send an email).
If you do want to chat simply click the icon in the bottom right hand corner of the page and it’ll open up. If we aren’t online, you’ll be made aware. But please do still ask the question you have, we’ll receive an email and be able to get back to you as soon as possible.
Tidio is an extremely powerful platform and what you’re seeing is just the start of what we hope to introduce to make contacting us much easier.
